Start with the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit... then start your prayer. Try to follow the format in the prayer model. 

When you get to the "Middle" do a short Lectio Divina, maybe use a section from the gospel for this Sundays mass. (If you don't know what Lectio Divina is click HERE.

Then finish the prayer by praying for intercessions.
